The Senate Committee on Finance was called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio, at 12:55 p.m., on Wednesday, May 26, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator Raggio asked the committee to consider Assembly Bill (A.B.) 527 with Amendment No. 1103.

ASSEMBLY BILL 527: Revises provisions regarding bonding for facilities of University and Community College System of Nevada. (BDR S-1283)

Senator Neal moved to not recede from amendment no. 1103 to a.b. 527.

Senator O'Donnell seconded the motion.

the motion carried unanimously.

Senator Rawson, Senator Mathews, and Senator Neal were designated the members of a conference committee formed to resolve the differences on this measure.

Senator Raggio asked the committee to consider Senate Bill (S.B.) 508 with Amendment No. 1132.

 

SENATE BILL 508: Creates revolving account for land management. (BDR 26-1577)

Senator O'Donnell MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1132 TO S.B. 508.

Senator Neal SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
