The Senate Committee on Finance was called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio, at 1:15 p.m., on Saturday, May 29, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator Raggio asked the committee to consider Senate Bill (S.B.) 363 with Amendment No. 1164.

SENATE BILL 363: Provides incentives for removal or remediation of environmental contamination. (BDR 40-799)

Senator Neal moved to concur with amendment no. 1164 to s.B. 363.

Senator Rawson seconded the motion.

the motion carried. (Senator Jacobsen abstained from voting.)

SENATE BILL 511: Revises provisions relating to expenditures for air quality. (BDR 40-1595)

Senator Neal moved to concur with amendment no. 1168 to S.B. 511.

Senator O’Donnell seconded the motion.
