The Senate Committee on Finance was called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio, at 8:45 a.m., on Saturday, May 29, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no the Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator Raggio asked the committee to consider Senate Bill (S.B.) 279 with Amendment No. 1198.
SENATE BILL 279: Extends reversion date of prior appropriation to Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety for completion of Phase II of Implementation Plan for Business Process Re-Engineering Project and makes appropriations for implementation of Project Genesis Phase II and related enabling technologies and for additional expenses for registration of motor vehicles. (BDR S-1471)
Senator COFFIN moved to concur with amendment no. 1198 to S.B. 279.
Senator O'Connell SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED. (Senator Mathews WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
