The Senate Committee on Finance was called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio, at 10:00 p.m., on Sunday, May 30, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda and no Attendance Roster.

Senator Raggio opened the meeting to comments and requested a motion on Senate Bill (S.B.) 411.
SENATE BILL 411: Conforms methods used by Nevada tax commission for valuation of property to methods used by county assessors, exempts intangible personal property from taxation and requires legislative committee to study distribution among local governments of revenue from state and local taxes to conduct a study. (BDR 32-1007)
SENATOR RAWSON MOVED TO CONCUR WITH THE ASSEMBLY ON ADMENDMENT NO. 1161 TO S.B. 411.
SENATOR COFFIN SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATOR RAGGIO ABSTAINED FROM THE VOTE.)
