The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilities was called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 1:20 p.m. on Friday, May 14, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

SENATE BILL 197: Establishes certain programs relating to prevention and treatment of fetal alcohol syndrome. (BDR 40-134)

SENATOR TOWNSEND MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 800 TO S.B.197.

SENATOR SCHNEIDER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
