SENATOR WIENER MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 802 TO S.B. 365.

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

SENATE BILL 161: Provides for regulation of halfway houses for alcohol and drug abusers. (BDR 40-131)

SENATOR WIENER MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 801 TO S.B. 161.

SENATOR MATHEWS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
