SENATOR AMODEI MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 864 TO S.B. 346.

SENATOR WIENER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED. (SENATOR SCHNEIDER WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
