The Senate Committee on Judiciary was called to order by Chairman Mark A. James, at 12:55 p.m., on Monday, May 17, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

SENATE BILL 30: Increases monetary limits relating to small claims in justices’ courts. (BDR 1-1032)
