The Senate Committee on Judiciary was called to order by Chairman Mark A. James, at 12:47 p.m., on Wednesday, May 26, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman James opened the meeting to consider unfinished business associated with Assembly Bill (A.B.) 166.

ASSEMBLY BILL 166: Revises provisions governing weapons. (BDR 15-351)

SENATOR MCGINNESS MOVED TO NOT RECEDE FROM AMENDMENT NOS. 422, 841 AND 856 TO A.B. 166.

SENATOR PORTER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
