The Senate Committee on Legislative Affairs and Operations was called to order by Chairman Jon C. Porter at 2:37 p.m. on Monday, May 31, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Porter opened the meeting and requested a motion to adopt Assembly Concurrent Resolution (A.C.R.) 67.

ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 67: Directs Legislative Commission to conduct interim study concerning misdemeanors. (BDR R-1747)

SENATOR RAWSON MOVED TO ADOPT A.C.R. 67.

SENATOR RAGGIO SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED. (SENATOR JAMES VOTED NO. SENATOR MATHEWS WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
