The Senate Committee on Taxation was called to order by Chairman Mike McGinness, at 10:52 a.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman McGinness requested a motion for introduction of Bill Draft Request (BDR) 32-1027.

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 32-1027: Changes provisions for certain taxes on sale of motorboat and for movement of vehicles and motorboats. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 468.)

SENATOR TOWNSEND MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 32-1027.

SENATOR SCHNEIDER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS RHOADS, NEAL, AND COFFIN WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
