The Senate Committee on Taxation was called to order by Chairman Mike McGinness, at 10:22 p.m., on Sunday, May 30, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman McGinness requested a motion to concur or to not concur with Amendment Nos. 944, 1060, and 1211 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 259.
SENATE BILL 259: Revises provisions governing licensing of businesses that create or produce motion pictures. (BDR 32-1099)
Senator Jon C. Porter, Sr., Clark County Senatorial District No. 1, requested an additional amendment to exempt property taxes for certain Las Vegas golf courses.
SENATOR TOWNSEND MOVED TO NOT CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT
NOS. 944, 1060, 1211 TO SENATE BILL 259.
SENATOR COFFIN SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
