The Senate Committee on Transportation was called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 12:15 p.m., on Tuesday, May 18, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O’Donnell opened the floor meeting on Assembly Bill (A.B.) 457.

ASSEMBLY BILL 457: Prohibits person from committing certain acts that constitute aggressive driving. (BDR 43-1280)

SENATOR WIENER MOVED TO RESCIND THE PREVIOUS ACTION TAKEN ON A.B. 457.

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
