The Senate Committee on Transportation was called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 12:13 p.m., on Friday, May 21, 1999, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O’Donnell opened the floor meeting on Senate Bill (S.B.) 381.

SENATE BILL 381: Prohibits use of electronic device for observation and detection of moving traffic violations. (BDR 43-504)

SENATOR JACOBSEN MOVED TO NOT CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 904 TO S.B. 381.

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
