SENATOR JACOBSEN MOVED TO NOT CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 904 TO S.B. 381.
SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
