THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. NRS 119B.210 is hereby amended to read as follows: 119B.210 1. The administrator shall collect the following fees at1-3
such times and upon such conditions as he may provide by regulation:1-4
For an initial permit to sell memberships in a campground $5001-5
For renewal of a permit 5001-6
For each amendment to a public offering statement after the1-7
issuance of the report 1001-8
Application fee for registration of a representative 651-9
For renewal of the registration of a representative 651-10
For each transfer of a registration of a representative to a1-11
different developer or location 201-12
For reinstatement of the registration of a representative 252-1
2. Each developer shall pay an additional fee for each membership he2-2
