AN ACT making an appropriation to Boulder City for the Boulder City Museum; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2 Boulder City the sum of $400,000 to assist in the design, construction and

1-3 installation of exhibits at the Boulder City Museum.

1-4 Sec. 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1

1-5 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2001, and

1-6 reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money

1-7 committed have been made.

1-8 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
