THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to1-2
the Department of Education the sum of $75,000 for distribution to the1-3
Governor’s Advisory Council on Education Relating to the Holocaust1-4
created pursuant to NRS 233G.020 for carrying out the duties of the1-5
Council.1-6
Sec. 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 11-7
of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2001, and1-8
reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money1-9
committed have been made.2-1
Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.~
