THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. NRS 366.110 is hereby amended to read as follows: 366.110 The department:1-3
1. Shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.1-4
2. May adopt and enforce regulations relating to the administration and1-5
enforcement of this chapter.1-6
3. May determine whether any particular vehicle not specified in NRS1-7
366.085 is special mobile equipment.1-8
4. Shall, on or before March 1 of each odd-numbered year, prepare1-9
and submit a written report concerning the administration and1-10
enforcement of the provisions of this chapter during the immediately1-11
preceding biennium to the director of the legislative counsel bureau for1-12
transmittal to the next regular session of the legislature.
