AN ACT relating to married women; repealing certain obsolete provisions; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. NRS 111.110, 111.245, 133.030, 138.030 and 139.020 are

1-2 hereby repealed.

1-3 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
