THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to1-2
the Department of Transportation the sum of $253,290 for the construction1-3
of a sound barrier along the ramps of Interstate Highway No. 515 near the1-4
Boulder Highway.1-5
Sec. 2. The Department of Transportation may use the money1-6
appropriated pursuant to section 1 of this act only if matching money is1-7
received in full from local governments or other public or private sources.1-8
Sec. 3. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 11-9
of this act must not be committed for expenditure after the project is2-1
completed and reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of2-2
money committed have been made.2-3
Sec. 4. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.~
