THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. NRS 417.170 is hereby amended to read as follows: 417.170 1. The Nevada veterans’ services commission shall meet at1-3
least four times and not more than1-4
2. Meetings of the veterans’ services commission may be held at the1-5
call of the chairman whenever he determines that there is sufficient1-6
business to warrant action by the veterans’ services commission or1-7
whenever five members of the veterans’ services commission submit a1-8
written request for a meeting.1-9

chairman. The chairman shall arrange for the videoconferencing of1-13

4. Notice of the time, place and purpose of all meetings must be given2-2
in writing to each member at least 5 days before the meeting.~
