THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Chapter 645 of NRS is hereby amended by adding thereto1-2
the provisions set forth as sections 2 and 3 of this act.1-3
Sec. 2. 1. A person licensed as a real estate salesman may use the1-4
term "real estate salesman," "real estate saleswoman" or "real estate1-5
salesperson" in the course of doing business.1-6
2. A person licensed as a real estate broker-salesman may use the1-7
term "real estate broker-salesman," "real estate broker-saleswoman" or1-8
"real estate broker-salesperson" in the course of doing business.1-9
Sec. 3. 1. In any advertisement through which a licensee offers to1-10
perform services for which a license is required pursuant to this chapter,1-11
the licensee shall:1-12
(a) If he is a real estate broker, disclose the name of the licensed1-13
brokerage under which he does business; or1-14
(b) If he is a real estate broker-salesman or real estate salesman,1-15
disclose the name of the broker with whom he is associated.1-16
2. A real estate broker-salesman or real estate salesman shall not1-17
advertise solely under his own name when acting in the capacity as a2-1
broker-salesman or salesman. All such advertising must be under the2-2
direct supervision of and in the name of the broker with whom the2-3
broker-salesman or salesman is associated.~
