AN ACT making an appropriation to Clark County for distribution to the Enterprise Community Federal Credit Union to fund small business loans and for additional operating expenses related to the expansion of the services provided by the credit union; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2 Clark County for distribution to the Enterprise Community Federal Credit

1-3 Union the sum of $400,000 for the funding of small business loans and for

1-4 additional operating expenses related to the expansion of the services

1-5 provided by the credit union.

1-6 Sec. 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1

1-7 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2001, and

1-8 reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money

1-9 committed have been made.

1-10 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
