AN ACT relating to the legislature; revising the provisions relating to the compensation and titles of certain legislative employees; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. NRS 218.230 is hereby amended to read as follows:

1-2 218.230 1. There must be paid to the several employees of the senate

1-3 and assembly, for all services rendered by them under the provisions of this

1-4 chapter, the following sums of money for each day’s employment and no

1-5 more:
