1-1 Whereas, Assembly Bill No. 108 of this session has passed both

1-2 houses of the 70th session of the Legislature, has been enrolled and

1-3 delivered to the Governor; and

1-4 Whereas, Assembly Bill No. 108 needs further legislative attention;

1-5 now, therefore, be it

1-6 Resolved by the Assembly of the State of Nevada, the Senate

1-7 Concurring, That the Governor of the State of Nevada is hereby

1-8 respectfully requested to return Assembly Bill No. 108 of this session to the

1-9 Assembly for further consideration.; and be it further

1-10 Resolved, That the Chief Clerk of the Assembly prepare and transmit a

1-11 copy of this resolution to Governor Kenny C. Guinn as soon as practicable.
