ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION—Commending the Chief and staff of the
State Printing Division of the Department of Administration for services rendered to the
Nevada Legislature.

Whereas, This legislative session is the first session limited to 1201-2
days; and1-3
Whereas, Chief Donald L. Bailey, Sr., and the staff of the State1-4
Printing Division of the Department of Administration have worked long1-5
and hard to meet the needs of the 70th session of the Nevada Legislature;1-6
and1-7
Whereas, The work produced by the State Printing Division continues1-8
to meet the high standards of previous years because of the care that Chief1-9
Don Bailey and his excellent staff devote to every assignment given to1-10
them; and1-11
Whereas, The departments of the printing office including1-12
composition, offset, bindery and office staff have set and achieved these1-13
high standards under the direction of Chief Bailey; and1-14
Whereas, Chief Don Bailey has upgraded the equipment in the printing1-15
office to ensure the printing of all bills, resolutions, histories and journals in1-16
a timely and efficient manner; and1-17
Whereas, Without such outstanding service and continued cooperation1-18
from the Chief and his staff, the Legislature could not function or fulfill its1-19
obligations to the people of the State of Nevada; now, therefore, be it1-20
Resolved by the Assembly of the State of Nevada, the Senate1-21
Concurring, That the members of the 70th session of the Nevada1-22
Legislature hereby express their appreciation and commend Chief Donald2-1
L. Bailey, Sr., and the members of his staff at the State Printing Division of2-2
the Department of Administration for their dedication, cooperation and2-3
exceptional work; and be it further2-4
Resolved, That the Chief Clerk of the Assembly prepare and transmit a2-5
copy of this resolution to Mr. Donald L. Bailey, Sr., Chief of the State2-6
Printing Division of the Department of Administration.~
