ASSEMBLY JOINT RESOLUTIONProposing to amend the Nevada Constitution to

require the Nevada supreme court to decide each case in conformity with the applicable

decisions of the United States Supreme Court.

1-1 Resolved by the Assembly and Senate of the State of Nevada,

1-2 Jointly, That a new section be added to article 6 of the Constitution of the

1-3 State of Nevada to read as follows:

1-4 Sec. 4A. The supreme court shall decide each case in conformity

1-5 with the applicable decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States.
