Amend section 1, page 1, line 2, by deleting:
"2 to 6, inclusive," and inserting:
"2, 3 and 4".
Amend sec. 2, page 1, by deleting lines 3 and 4 and inserting:
"Sec. 2.
"Regional planning coalition" means the regional planning coalition described in section 3 of this act.".Amend the bill as a whole by deleting sections 4 and 5 and renumbering sections 6 through 14 as sections 4 through 12.

3. Sections 4, 6 and 8 of this act become effective on July 1, 2001.".
