THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. NRS 484.305 is hereby amended to read as follows: 484.305 1.1-3
marked lanes for traffic traveling in one direction, vehicles1-4

4. If a highway has been designed to provide a single right lane to be2-12
used only for turning, a vehicle must:2-13
(a) Be driven in the right turn lane only for the purpose of making a2-14
right turn; and2-15
(b) While being driven in the right turn lane, not travel through an2-16
intersection.2-17
Sec. 2. NRS 484.324 is hereby amended to read as follows: 484.324 1. The driver of a motor vehicle shall not:2-19
(a) Intentionally interfere with the movement of a person lawfully riding2-20
a bicycle; or2-21
(b) Overtake and pass a person riding a bicycle unless he can do so2-22
safely without endangering the person riding the bicycle.2-23
2. The driver of a motor vehicle shall yield the right of way to any2-24
person riding a bicycle on the pathway or lane. The driver of a motor2-25
vehicle shall not stop, stand, park or drive within a pathway or lane2-26
provided for bicycles except:2-27

3. The driver of a motor vehicle shall:2-35
(a) Exercise due care to avoid a collision with a person riding a bicycle;2-36
and2-37
(b) Give an audible warning with the horn of the vehicle if appropriate2-38
and when necessary to avoid such a collision.2-39
4. The operator of a bicycle shall not:2-40
(a) Intentionally interfere with the movement of a motor vehicle; or2-41
(b) Overtake and pass a motor vehicle unless he can do so safely without2-42
endangering himself or the occupants of the motor vehicle.3-1
Sec. 3. NRS 484.333 is hereby amended to read as follows: 484.3333-3

made as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the highway.3-9
