1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2 the Department of Education for vocational student organizations:

1-3 For the fiscal year 1999-2000 $100,000

1-4 For the fiscal year 2000-2001 $100,000

1-5 Sec. 2. Any balance of the sums appropriated by section 1 of this act

1-6 remaining at the end of the respective fiscal years must not be committed

1-7 for expenditure after June 30 of the respective fiscal years and reverts to the

1-8 state general fund as soon as all payments of money committed have been

1-9 made.

1-10 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
