AN ACT relating to abandoned vehicles; making changes concerning the appraisal of an abandoned vehicle; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. NRS 487.240 is hereby amended to read as follows:

1-2 487.240 Upon receipt of a written request, the state agency shall have

1-3 the vehicle appraised within 10 business days after receipt of the request.
