AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of Administration for the completion of Phase III and for the continued development of the Integrated Financial Management System; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of

1-2 Administration from the:

1-3 1. State general fund, the sum of $88,767; and

1-4 2. State highway fund, the sum of $3,690,770,

1-5 for the completion of Phase III of the Integrated Financial Management

1-6 System. These appropriations are supplemental to the appropriations made

1-7 by section 1 of chapter 648, Statutes of Nevada 1997, at page 3227.

1-8 Sec. 2. 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of

1-9 Administration from the:

1-10 (a) State general fund, the sum of $10,550,242; and

1-11 (b) State highway fund, the sum of $5,619,795,

1-12 for the continued development and implementation of the Integrated

1-13 Financial Management System.

2-1 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by subsection 1

2-2 must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2001, and reverts to

2-3 the state general fund and the state highway fund, respectively, as soon as

2-4 all payments of money committed have been made.

2-5 Sec. 3. 1. Section 1 of this act becomes effective upon passage and

2-6 approval.

2-7 2. Section 2 of this act becomes effective on July 1, 1999.
