1-1 Section 1. The state land registrar on behalf of the State of Nevada

1-2 may, subject to the provisions of section 2 of this act, convey gratuitously

1-3 and by quitclaim deed to Clark County all of the right, title and interest of

1-4 the State of Nevada in two parcels of land located in Laughlin, Nevada, and

1-5 generally described as follows:

1-6 1. A portion of the South Half (S 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE

1-7 1/4) of Section 29, Township 32 South, Range 66 East, M.D.B. & M., in

1-8 the County of Clark, State of Nevada, more particularly described as

1-9 follows:

1-10 An irregular triangular-shaped parcel with a Northwesterly boundary line

1-11 being defined by the Needles Highway, PE Doc. # NR-264-00; the Eastern

1-12 boundary line being defined by the West side of the Flood Channel, Case

1-13 Number 95-09-922P, Revision Date 10181995, Panel Number 3993; the

1-14 Southern boundary line being defined by the Southern line of Section 29,

1-15 Township 32 South, Range 66 South.

1-16 2. A portion of the North Half (N 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE

1-17 1/4) of Section 32, Township 32 South, Range 66 East, M.D.B. & M., in

2-1 the County of Clark, State of Nevada, more particularly described as

2-2 follows:

2-3 An irregular-shaped parcel with a Western boundary line being defined

2-4 by the Needles Highway, PE Doc. # NR-264-00; the Northern boundary

2-5 line being defined by the Northern line of Section 32, Township 32 South,

2-6 Range 66 East; the Eastern boundary line being defined by the West side of

2-7 the Flood Channel, Case Number 95-09-922P, Revision Date 10181995,

2-8 Panel Number 3993; the Southern boundary line heading in a

2-9 Northwesterly direction to reconnect with the Needles Highway, PE Doc. #

2-10 NR-264-00.

2-11 Sec. 2. 1. The conveyance authorized by section 1 of this act, and

2-12 the descriptions set forth in subsections 1 and 2 of that section, are subject

2-13 to any easement existing on the date of the conveyance, whether or not of

2-14 record.

2-15 2. Clark County shall pay any expenses incurred by the state land

2-16 registrar to carry out the provisions of this act.

2-17 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
