AN ACT relating to airports; requiring certain entities organized to operate an airport to post the federal regulation concerning the overbooking of flights at each area from which passengers are boarded onto an aircraft; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. Chapter 493 of NRS is hereby amended by adding thereto a

1-2 new section to read as follows:

1-3 Any entity organized to operate an airport for use in connection with

1-4 the commercial transportation of passengers by air, whether intrastate or

1-5 interstate, shall display conspicuously the provisions of 14 C.F.R. §

1-6 250.11 as that section existed on October 1, 1999, at each area from

1-7 which passengers are boarded onto an aircraft.
