THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Chapter 493 of NRS is hereby amended by adding thereto a1-2
new section to read as follows:1-3
Any entity organized to operate an airport for use in connection with1-4
the commercial transportation of passengers by air, whether intrastate or1-5
interstate, shall display conspicuously the provisions of 14 C.F.R. §1-6
250.11 as that section existed on October 1, 1999, at each area from1-7
which passengers are boarded onto an aircraft.~
