AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety for additional expenses for the registration of motor vehicles; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state highway fund

1-2 to the Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety the sum of

1-3 $316,231 for additional expenses for the registration of motor vehicles.

1-4 This appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 27 of chapter

1-5 244, Statutes of Nevada 1997, at page 860.

1-6 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
