AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Commission on Ethics for an anticipated shortfall in operational expenses; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2 the Commission on Ethics the sum of $15,600 for an anticipated shortfall in

1-3 operational expenses. This appropriation is supplemental to that made by

1-4 section 1 of chapter 247, Statutes of Nevada 1997, at page 876.

1-5 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
