SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION—Proposing to amend the Constitution of the State of
Nevada to authorize the Legislature to convene temporarily at places other than the seat of
government.
Resolved by the Senate and Assembly of the State of Nevada,
Jointly, That section 1 of article 4 of the Constitution of the State of
Nevada be amended to read as follows:

a Senate and Assembly which shall be designated "The Legislature of the1-3
State of1-4
be held at the seat of government of the State1-5
Legislature may convene for not more than 20 days during any session at1-6
such other places in this state as the Legislature may designate.~
