The Committee on Constitutional Amendments met at the bar of the Assembly on Thursday, April 5, 2001, at the hour of 11:15 a.m.

The committee was called to order for the purpose of re-referring A.J.R. 11 to the Assembly Committee on Taxation.

 

There was a quorum present.

 

            ASSEMBLYWOMAN BERMAN MOVED TO REREFER A.J.R. 11 TO THE COMMITTEE ON TAXATION.

 

            ASSEMBLYMAN PARKS SECONDED.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

The meeting adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
