The Committee on Constitutional Amendments met at the bar of the Assembly on Tuesday, February 13, 2001 at the hour of 11:45 a.m.

The committee was called to order at 11:45 a.m. for the purpose of introducing

 

• BDR C-1009 – Revise obsolete statutory language in Nevada Constitution regarding incompetent or mentally disabled persons.  (A.J.R. 3)

 

There was a quorum present.

 

            ASSEMBLYWOMAN MCCLAIN MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR C-1009 AS A BILL.

 

            ASSEMBLYWOMAN BERMAN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

The meeting adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
