The Committee on Constitutional Amendments met at the bar of the Assembly on Tuesday, February 14, 2001 at the hour of 11:45 a.m.

The committee was called to order at 11:45 a.m. for the purpose of introducing

 

• BDR R-1290 – Express sense of Nevada Legislature regarding governmental infringement upon a person’s constitutional right to be secure.  (AJR 9)

 

There was a quorum present.

 

            ASSEMBLYWOMAN BERMAN MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR R-1290 AS A BILL.

 

            ASSEMBLYMAN PARKS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

The meeting adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
