The Committee on Education was called to order on Friday, March 9, 2001, at the hour of 11:15 a.m. behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairman Williams.

The committee was called to order for the purpose of introducing BDR 34-1301.

 

• BDR 34-1301 Provides for development and distribution of certain information relating to high school proficiency examination. (A.B. 318)

 

ASSEMBLYWOMAN CHOWNING MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 34-1301.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN MANENDO SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.
