The Committee on Elections, Procedures, and Ethics was called to order at 11:45 a.m., on Monday, March 26, 2001, behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairwoman Giunchigliani.

• BDR 24-339 – Makes various changes concerning elections (A.B. 637).

 

            SPEAKER PERKINS MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 24-339.

 

            SPEAKER EMERITUS DINI SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE             PRESENT.

• BDR 24-873 – Makes various changes relating to elections (A.B. 638).

 

            SPEAKER PERKINS MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 24-873.

 

            SPEAKER EMERITUS DINI SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.

• BDR R-1460 – ACR: Welcoming the exhibit of Una Storia Segreta – The Secret Story regarding the treatment of certain Italian Americans during 1942 (A.C.R. 23).

            SPEAKER EMERITUS DINI SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.
