The Committee on Elections, Procedures, and Ethics was called to order at 8:00 p.m., on Monday, June 4, 2001.  Chairwoman Chris Giunchigliani presided Behind the Bar in the Assembly Chambers of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  Exhibit A is the Agenda.  All exhibits are available and on file at the Research Library of the Legislative Counsel Bureau.

            ASSEMBLYMAN BACHE MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 17-1584.

 

            ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION WAS CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
