The committee was called to order for the purpose of appointing subcommittees for two bills and introducing a Bill Draft Request.

 

Assembly Bill No. 19:  Creates forecast council and related technical advisory committees to produce long-term forecasts of state revenues and expenditures and estimates of impacts of proposed programs. (BDR 31-203)

 

Chairman Bache appointed a subcommittee for A.B. 19 which included Assemblyman Humke as Chair, along with Mr. Mortenson and Mr. Neighbors.

 Assembly Bill No. 104:  Makes various changes concerning collection of charges for services provided by certain general improvement districts. (BDR 25-880)

 

Chairman Bache appointed a subcommittee for A.B. 104 which included Assemblyman Lee as Chair, along with Mr. Brown and Mr. Neighbors.

 

Chairman Bache introduced a Bill Draft Request (BDR).

 

 

 

             ASSEMBLYMAN LEE MOVED FOR INTRODUCTION OF BDR 19-648.

 

            MOTION SECONDED BY ASSEMBLYWOMAN BERMAN.

 

            MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY ALL MEMBERS PRESENT.
