The committee was called to order to introduce two Bill Draft Requests (BDRs).

 

• BDR 39-1077 – Makes various changes to provisions governing admission of allegedly mentally ill person to mental health facility. (A.B. 636)

 

            ASSEMBLYMAN WILLIAMS MOVED FOR INTRODUCTION OF BDR 39-        1077.

 

            ASSEMBLYWOMAN LESLIE SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY ALL MEMBERS PRESENT.

• BDR 39-225 – Creates commission on autism. (A.B. 635)

 

            ASSEMBLYMAN WILLIAMS MOVED FOR INTRODUCTION OF BDR 39-        225.

 

            ASSEMBLYWOMAN MCCLAIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY ALL MEMBERS PRESENT.
