The Committee on Ways and Meanswas called to order at 11:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, on Monday, June 4, 2001.  Chairman Morse Arberry Jr. presided at the Bar of the Assembly of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.

Assembly Bill 120:  Revises distribution of federal money received by State of Nevada from lease of federal lands. (BDR 26-97)

 

Chairman Arberry  indicated the committee needed to make a motion on A.B. 120.

 

            MR. DINI MOVED AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 120.

 

            MR. MARVEL SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

There being no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting.
