The Committee on Ways and Meanswas called to order at 11:35 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, on Monday, June 4, 2001.  Chairman Morse Arberry Jr. presided at the Bar of the Assembly of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.

Senate Bill 366:  Enacts provisions governing establishment by district court of program for treatment of mentally ill offenders. (BDR 1-1006)

 

Chairman Arberry called the meeting to order and requested a motion on S.B. 366.

 

            MS. GIUNCHIGLIANI MOVED DO PASS.

 

            MR. DINI SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
