The Senate Committee on Commerce and Laborwas called to order by Chairman Randolph J. Townsend, at 5:45 p.m., on Saturday, June 2, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator Townsend opened the hearing on Assembly Bill 670.

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 670:  Revises provisions relating to issuance of license to practice as doctor of Oriental medicine. (BDR 54-1577)

 

Senator Rhoads moved to do pass A.B. 670.

 

Senator Shaffer seconded the motion.

 

The motion carried. (Senator O'Connell and Senator Schneider were absent for the vote.)
