The Senate Committee on Commerce and Laborwas called to order by Chairman Randolph J. Townsend, at 7:48 p.m., on Sunday, June 3, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Townsend called for committee action on Senate Bill (S.B.) 421.

 

SENATE BILL 421:  Makes various changes to provisions governing common-            interest communities.  (BDR 10-446)

 

SENATOR O’CONNELL MOVED TO NOT CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1189 TO S.B. 421.

 

SENATOR RHOADS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
