The Senate Committee on Financewas called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio at 12:06 a.m., on Tuesday, June 5, 2001, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.   There was no agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

SENATE BILL 445:  Makes appropriations to Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission for analysis of job tasks and study of physical fitness validation for peace officers and to Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety for various information technology upgrades. (BDR S-1383)

 

Chairman Raggio explained Amendment Number 1261 to Senate Bill 445 to the members of the Senate Committee on Finance and asked for a motion.

 

            SENATOR O’DONNELL MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NUMBER             1261 OF SENATE BILL 445.

 

            SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
